I don't write reviews, like ever, but I love this mat! It's thick, beautiful color and so detailed with the soft design material being different from the mat!

Super durable and non-slip material
This mat feels buttery soft to your bones but is made for incredible grip and to keep you from sliding. I took the 5 mm because my spine is a softie and it's perfect for my morning yoga :) It doesn't slip when I sweat and I've not been in pain from my bones being too close to the floor!
Great quality mat - right thickness to go over hardwood floors. Love the design :)
Value for money, was able to do HIIT exercises and some strength training and the mat held on quite well.
